Saori graduated from the Robert Schumann Dusseldorf University of Music in Germany with a National Performer Certificate. At that time, she studied under the renowned pianist Robert Szidon.
She received a special prize at the 3rd Concorso MusicArte organized by the Italian Society of Japan.
She won a prize at the american protege internet international competition 2012 and performed at Carnegie Hall in 2012. She won the Avenir Prize at the 13th Osaka International Music Competition. She won the Grand Prize at the 21st IBLA GRAND PRIZE (Italy) and the Ravel Special Prize.
Saori Performed in the Pause Series organized by the Chopin Society of Japan at Kawai Tokyo.
She has also devoted herself to performing contemporary music, and at the 4th Evmelia International Music Festival (Greece), she has performed Messiaen's "End of the World Quartet" and other contemporary music programs. Nimrod Borenstein, a close friend, wrote piano Etude Op 66-4 for her. Mr. Borenstein is a composer supported by Vladimir Ashkenazy, and a CD conducted by Ashkenazy has been released.
She performed at the Alba Music Festival (Italy) and Beppu Argerich Music. With the cooperation of Kawai Piano Co., Ltd. she has launched a project to perform only Ravel's piano works since 2021 and is currently organizing a series of concerts. Saori has a youtube channel where she performs works by Messiaen, Henri Dutilleux, and other rare composers.
