​プロフィール

武蔵野音楽大学にてヤン・ホラーク氏に師事し卒業。作曲家の萩原英彦氏の元でラヴェルに関する論文を執筆し、武蔵野音楽大学音楽研究科修士課程を修了。ドイツのデトモルト音楽大学を首席で卒業。ロベルトシューマン・デュッセルドルフ音楽大学にて伝説的ブラジル人ピアニスト、ロベルト・シドン氏に師事しドイツ国家演奏家資格を取得して卒業。 2012年にはカーネギーホールにて演奏会に出演。第21回IBLA GRAND PRIZE(イタリア)において、最優秀賞、及びラヴェル特別賞を受賞。 2017年日本ショパン協会主催パウゼシリーズ（東京）に出演。第4回別府アルゲリッチ音楽祭に出演。エブメリア音楽祭（ギリシャ)にて現代音楽を中心としたコンサートに出演。アルバ音楽祭（イタリア）には隔年で出演している。 指揮者西本智実が芸術監督のイルミナートフィールのアーティストとして、女優佐久間良子のトークコンサート（2019年）でピアノ演奏をして共演他、2021年イルミナートフィルの公演「マリナートが森になる」（清水市）でヤマハの立体音響技術を用いた実験的舞台で、ピアニストとして出演。 2025年大阪万博のオーストリア館において、世界で16台しかない葛飾北斎モデルのベーゼンドルファーピアノを使用するピアニストに選ばれ、万博ファイナルソロコンサートに出演し好評を博す。 2026年は、心に灯をともす・土師さおり未来に残したい名曲コンサートツアーを開催（大分、大阪、東京）。 毎日文化センター大阪で人気講座「世界街歩きクラシック音楽講座」を担当。大阪音楽大学付属音楽院講師。

Profile
She studied under Jan Horák at Musashino Academy of Music and graduated. She wrote a thesis on Ravel under the guidance of composer Hidehiko Hagiwara and completed the master’s program at the Graduate School of Music at Musashino Academy of Music. He graduated with highest honors from the Detmold University of Music in Germany. She studied under the legendary Brazilian pianist Roberto Sidon at the Robert Schumann University of Music in Düsseldorf, where she earned the German State Performance Diploma upon graduation.
In 2012, he performed in a concert at Carnegie Hall. At the 21st IBLA GRAND PRIZE (Italy), he received the Grand Prize and the Ravel Special Prize.
In 2017, she performed in the Pause Series (Tokyo) organized by the Japan Chopin Society. She appeared at the 4th Beppu Argerich Music Festival. She performed in a concert focused on contemporary music at the Ebmeria Music Festival (Greece). She performs at the Alba Music Festival (Italy) every other year.
As an artist with the Illuminato Philharmonic—under the artistic direction of conductor Tomomi Nishimoto—she performed piano accompaniment for actress Ryoko Sakuma’s talk concert (2019) and appeared as a pianist in the Illuminato Philharmonic’s 2021 production “Marinato Becomes a Forest” (Shimizu City), an experimental stage performance utilizing Yamaha’s 3D audio technology.
She was selected as the pianist to perform on a Katsushika Hokusai-model Bösendorfer piano—one of only 16 in the world—at the Austrian Pavilion for the 2025 Osaka Expo, where she received rave reviews for her performance at the Expo’s Final Solo Concert.
In 2026, she organized the “Lighting a Candle in the Heart: Saori Haji’s Concert Tour of Masterpieces to Pass on to Future Generations” (Oita, Osaka, Tokyo).
She leads the popular “World Street Walk Classical Music Lecture Series” at the Mainichi Cultural Center in Osaka. She is also a lecturer at the Osaka College of Music.
